Foie Gras and Smoked Ham Hock Terrine, Gooseberry Purée, Pickles and Grilled Sourdough Bread.

Haggis Bonbons with Whisky Cream.

King Prawns marinated in Chilli, Garlic and Coriander. Tomato, Celery and Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
